2. Product
The Aesthetics Guide - Fat Loss & Nutrition is a digital product made of two PDF files: a 78-page guide and a 17-page annex. It is educational content, not a training program and not a meal plan.

3. Prices
Prices are in euros (EUR). VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code (CGI).

4. Order and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are an adult (18+) and that you accept these Terms. The sale is concluded when your payment is confirmed. You receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Delivery
The product is delivered digitally. You receive a download link by email right after payment. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.

6. No refunds
Digital content is delivered immediately. By placing your order, you ask for immediate access and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins. All sales are final. See our Refund policy.

7. Legal guarantee
This does not affect the legal guarantees that apply to digital content, including when the files do not work or do not match what was sold.

8. Intellectual property
The content (texts, tables, images, logos) belongs to Daï-Long HUYNH. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence. You may not copy, share, resell or publish it without written permission.

9. Health notice
This product is educational content based on personal experience. It is not medical advice. I am not a doctor, dietitian or licensed health professional. It is written for healthy adults (18+). Do not apply it if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medication, or have ever had an eating disorder, unless your doctor has approved it.
