REFUND POLICY

The Aesthetics Guide is a digital product (2 PDF files) delivered by instant download right after payment. Nothing is shipped.

Because you get immediate access to the content, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. By placing your order, you ask for immediate access to the digital content and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

If there is a problem with the files (for example you cannot download them, or a file is corrupted), contact us and we will fix it.

This policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
